Makes 8 Protein Balls
3 Tbsp. USANA Whey Protein Booster
3 Tbsp. USANA Nutrimeal, Dutch Chocolate
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter (no added sugar or salt)
1 Tsp. Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup. Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Combine USANA Whey Protein Booster, USANA Nutrimeal Dutch Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil in a food processor until thoroughly mixed.
If the batter is too dry, add more water or almond milk, about a 1/4 teaspoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
Roll the dough into bite-size balls and then roll each ball in shredded coconut. Place in the refrigerator to allow balls to set.
